Becca Bors Joins The Team At Ace Hardware

Posted

Costello’s Ace Hardware & Hearth has welcomed Becca Bors as its new business development manager. She holds a bachelor’s degree in sport management and marketing from Towson University and an associate’s degree in business management from Prince George’s County Community College. Before joining Costello’s Ace Hardware & Hearth, Bors worked for more than 17 years for a diverse range of organizations, including large corporations, nonprofits and government agencies.

Bors grew up in the construction industry, working with her father’s home remodeling company at a young age and developing many skills used in the field. With that hands-on experience, she became an expert in new business development, assessing client needs, competitive market positioning and consultative solution sales. After college, she decided she wanted a career in the industry she knew best: construction material sales. She spent six years with a major paint retailer, furthering her education and expertise in paint, sales and customer management. Bors joined the Costello’s family business because of the large impact it leaves in each of its communities and because the staff treats every customer like family. Costello’s offers a wide variety of services to their customers, including The Supply Place, access to www.costellosace.com, a range of products, worksite deliveries and special orders.

When she is not glued to her work, Bors enjoys volunteering to keep her neighborhood park clean. She is a dog lover; she rescued her pup, Nala, from the Baltimore Animal Rescue and Care Shelter in February 2017, and they have been inseparable ever since.
