Lake Shore 10U Gray Sox Post Impressive Summer Record

The 10U Lake Shore Gray Sox produced a fine follow-up to their amazing 9U season by winning two tournaments and finishing second in five others this summer.

The team of Braydon Ambrose, Bryce Peacock, Chase McLaughlin, CJ August, Colton Duffy, Devin Benhayon, Dylan Collins, Jayden Saraullo, Liam Neal, Mason Kotofski and Ryan Werner was 43-16 overall in the spring and summer combined and is 51-17 dating back to the fall of 2017.

The team claimed championships at both the Severn School’s Out and Howard County Summer Clash tournaments this summer in addition to runner-up finishes at an impressive five total tournaments.

A large portion of their games came against 11U teams, and some came against 12U teams as the Gray Sox are already looking ahead to building as a team this fall and beyond.

The team was coached by head coach Paul August, first base/pitching coach Matt Duffy, third base coach John Kotosfski and assistant coach Steve Saraullo.

Said coach August, “We are poised for a great 11U year, and I am extremely proud of all the boys.”
