We provide advertising, editorial and promotion options for our clients, including print and web solutions with our publications, the Severna Park Voice and the Pasadena Voice, as well as their associated websites and social media platforms. We are the source for hyper-local, community-centered good news and are always focused on helping our clients. We get up each day inspired to help and partner with all small businesses, nonprofits, and other organizations with the goal of making our community a better place to live when these businesses flourish. Required Skills:

The ideal candidate must have:

•A positive and team-orientated attitude with superior communication and presentation skills

•The ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced, results-orientated environment

•A hunter skillset and a proactive approach to all aspects of the job responsibilities

•Prior sales experience, with demonstrated success in growing sales revenue (we prefer candidate to have a past advertising sales background that includes conducting face-to-face meetings, making sales presentations and prospecting skills)

•The ability to meet and exceed multiple scheduled deadlines and due dates

•Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, as well as SalesForce or other equivalent sales management (CRM) systems

The ideal candidate must also live in the Pasadena, Maryland, area, and currently is or has been involved in the community through business associations and/or similar groups.

Job Benefits:

• Initial base monthly salary plus sales commission based on a commission plan — no earnings cap
