Partners In Care has a new home that combines administrative offices for the nonprofit organization with a location for The Boutique, its upscale resale shop that raises funds for its mission. The ribbon cutting for 8151-C Ritchie Highway in Pasadena also served as a farewell party for retiring CEO Barbara Huston.
