PBA Update

Don’t forget, the Pasadena Business Association’s fifth annual Veterans Day ceremony will be held on November 11 at 1:00pm. Please park at Lake Shore Athletic Complex and follow the signs to the flag path. We will have transportation for those not able to walk the path. All veterans and active military are welcome. This is a great way for us to thank them for their service to our country and for keeping us free.

The PBA’s annual Christmas tree lighting is at 7:00pm on December 1 in Lakeshore Plaza. During the festive event, we will collect new toys and donations for A Child’s Christmas, which provides gifts for Pasadena families in need during Christmas.

If you’re a PBA member and looking for a chance to network, mark your calendar for our after-hours business mixer on Thursday, November 12, at 5:00pm at Twain’s Tavern. This is a joint event with the Greater Severna Park and Arnold Chamber of Commerce.

Remember to shop local whenever possible. These local businesses are supporting our community, so we need to support them. The PBA Membership Directory and Community Guide or the website is a great place to find goods and services offered by PBA members.

Businesses benefit from their PBA membership through advertising in our Membership Directory and Community Guide, networking events, monthly meetings (where everyone introduces themselves and their business) and a listing on the PBA website.
