PBA Update

The Pasadena Business Association is celebrating 25 years! We are so proud of the progress we have made in making this association a great benefit to both members and the community.

Our members are a wonderful group of local business people who grow their business through advertising benefits, our annual Trade Show, and our many lunch meetings, networking mixers, website listings, and membership directory listings.

The PBA is always giving back to the community through our yearly scholarship program for seniors, our 5th and 8th grade scholarship awards, Ident-a-Kid sponsorship, 5th grade Straight-A luncheon, TWIN sponsorship, Education in Excellence sponsorship, Flag Fund, and the School Supply Drive, to name just a few.

Our 2011-2012 Membership Directory and Community Guide is completed and should be in member businesses in early July. Please stop by and pick one up and use it as your personal yellow pages. PBA members support the community, so please support them by purchasing goods or services.

We are gearing up for our Annual Crab Feast, which will take place this year on July 13 at Kurtz’s Beach. The Crab Feast is a summertime tradition within the PBA, and serves as an opportunity to get members and their families together for a good, old-fashioned relaxing time. The folks at Kurtz’s Beach cook up a wonderful feast of crabs and other food items, which makes this one PBA event not to be missed. If you would like to purchase tickets, call PBA Board member Dave Rosage at 443-871-1560.

We are very proud of our Shop Local/Shop PBA program, which we have been promoting for the last year. Please shop local when possible and support your community businesses that in turn support the community.
