The Dena Initiative Seeks Volunteers To Make The World A Better Place

Posted

Originating in Pasadena, the Dena Initiative is a movement led by volunteers who intend to spread love, combat the opioid epidemic and erase the stigma associated with mental illness. Members are working to form roundtables and raise money for future fundraisers. Here’s how you can help.

VOLUNTEER

The Dena Initiative is seeking volunteers from all walks of life to assist in this movement. Can you help with fundraising? Spreading the word? Printing flyers? Do you have an office available to house the movement’s headquarters? Do you do face painting, sing in a band or own a venue that can host events? The movement needs input and assistance from doctors, artists, lawyers, police, nurses, accountants, psychiatrists, counselors, teachers, students, factory workers, homemakers and more.

DONATE

The Dena Initiative is in the early stages of organizing. Volunteers hope to accrue funds to organize events, print T-shirts and make bracelets, obtain permits and more. To donate, visit the GoFundMe page at www.gofundme.com/the-dena-initiative.
