Three Hours And 9,000 Pounds, Shred Fest A Success

Lakeshore Plaza recently hosted “Shred Fest,” a free event that drew a large crowd who brought documents containing personal information to be shredded in an effort to reduce identity theft. The event was sponsored by Arundel Federal Savings Bank and was open to all county residents. Shredding services were provided by Pro Shred, Inc.

It is estimated that 9,000 pounds of paper were shredded at the event.
