USNA Band Joint Concert with USCG Band

The Naval Academy Band will join up with the United States Coast Guard Band to present a concert at the Annapolis City Dock. Bring a lawn chair or picnic blanket and enjoy a patriotic performance overlooking the beautiful Annapolis Harbor.

The program will feature marches, patriotic favorites, and concert band standards, and will include works by John Philip Sousa, John Williams, and Leonard Bernstein. USNA Band percussionist, Musician 1st Class Brandon Schantz, will be featured on xylophone, and USCG Band soprano Musician 1st Class Megan Weikleenget will be the vocal soloist. Conducting duties will be shared by the leaders of each band, Lt. Cmdr. Patrick K. Sweeten and Lt. Cmdr. Adam Williamson.
