It’s going to be quiet around town this weekend, Pasadena, but there are still a few excuses to get out and about.

Tanyard Springs Community Yard Sale

Rescheduled because of last weekend’s extreme heat, this yard sale and vendor show is the second of two for the community. Use of the club parking lot or front entrance area will be available to those who arrive first. It’s free to sell your goods from the comfort of your driveway as well. Cash Bingo at Orchard Beach Volunteer Fire Department

7:00pm-10:00pm

Orchard Beach VFD will hold a cash bingo with a $1,000 last game jackpot. Doors open at 5:30pm and games start at 7:00pm. For tickets or more information on player pricing, call 443-790-2184 or 443-677-4775.

Long Beach Community’s Christmas in July Party

5:00pm

Long Beach residents are invited to bring a chair and a dish to share and gather at the community beach. There is a suggested donation of $5 per person. Those who have an item to donate to the auction should call or text Joyce at 352-255-5953. RSVP to Nancy at 614-736-3480.

The Office Cornhole Tournament

1:00pm

The Office Bar & Grill is inviting you to sign up for its cornhole tournament. Grab your partner as soon as possible, as signups will close after 16 teams are registered. First place gets $110 plus a basket of cheer, and second place gets $50 plus a basket of cheer. Find more information on Facebook.

Kamryn Lambert Foundation Crab Feast

Noon-4:00pm

The seventh annual crab feast to benefit the Kamryn Lambert Foundation comes to Kurtz’s Beach this Sunday from noon to 4:00pm. Enjoy crabs, beer, music, raffles and more.
