2024 Greens Sale

In 1825 Mrs. Frances Loockerman decided to create a very special boxwood garden behind her mansion on Maryland Avenue. The romantic “box walk” was planted in the shape of a heart. Since 1953, the museum’s many volunteers have made special holiday boxwood creations and all proceeds benefit the collection and mission of the Hammond-Harwood House.

Decorate your home for the holidays with our festive Boxwood Collection, including wreaths and centerpieces crafted from boxwood grown in the historic Hammond-Harwood House garden!

Fresh Boxwood Julep Cup – petite silver julep cup filled with fresh boxwood and seasonal ornaments – $18 each
Single Candle Fresh Boxwood Centerpiece (approx. 8″ wide) – 1 red taper candle with decorative ornaments and festive ribbon – $35 each
