Show Synopsis:
Set in late 19th-century London, during the height of the Victorian era, the play follows the seemingly perfect Sir Robert Chiltern, a rising political star whose career and marriage are jeopardized when a dark secret from his past is exposed. As blackmail and scandal ripple through high society, Wilde uses sharp dialogue and clever twists to critique the moral rigidity and hypocrisy of the time, ultimately celebrating love, forgiveness, and the complexity of human nature.
