Sunset Recognizes “Outstanding Young Man,” John Rafiq

George Fox Middle School eighth-grader and Sunset Elementary alumni John Rafiq was praised by the Sunset administration for volunteering more than 60 hours to help the school prepare for the 2019-2020 year. John, who also volunteered in summer 2018, helped custodians with summer cleaning, unpacked and sorted new supplies, and never failed to smile, even on the hottest days.
