Recently, New Life Addiction Counseling Services was the recipient of a citation and award from Governor Larry Hogan. The recognition was presented to commend the legacy of founder Thomas Porter, a pioneer for creating comprehensive outpatient treatment services for substance-use disorder in Anne Arundel County 35 years ago.
