Primary Election Results

Posted

While you were sleeping, votes continued to be counted in the 2026 gubernatorial primary election. Sorry, independents. You will have to wait a bit longer to cast your votes for representatives at the county and state levels. Yesterday’s Election Day results were all about Democrats and Republicans choosing who they want to appear on the ballot in November’s general election.

Results are unofficial until all mail-in and provisional ballots are tallied. For the races that are not close, it’s a safe bet that these results will hold. Here are the updated results from the Maryland State Board of Elections.
