Kids’ Triathlon Generates $1,400 To Support Water Safety

Young athletes spanning ages 3 to 14 ran, biked and swam their way to the finish line in this year’s Karen Stevens Memorial Kids Triathlon, held September 12 at the Severna Park Community Center. The event drew 110 participants and generated over $1,400 for the Karen Stevens Memorial Fund. The fund will provide swimming lessons that emphasize water safety for children with special needs.
